Master glazier at work

Craft Perfected
Over Generations

Founded in 1987 by master glazier Edmund Voss, LUMINIS has spent four decades refining the ancient art of leaded glass into a living architectural medium.

We source antique mouth-blown glass from Lamberts of Bavaria, hand-mix pigments using medieval recipes, and join every panel with hand-cut lead came — a process unchanged since the Gothic masters.

"Glass is not a barrier to light — it is light's instrument, its vocabulary, its voice."
