Our Philosophy

The Pointe Royale Method

Three pillars form the foundation of a Pointe Royale education — technical mastery, artistic depth, and the performer's spirit.

𝅘𝅥𝅮

Technical Foundation

The Vaganova curriculum forms the technical backbone of every student's training. Seven years of progressive study build the placement, strength, and precision required for professional classical ballet.

Artistic Interpretation

Ballet is not athletics — it is storytelling. Every class, every combination, every rehearsal is guided by the question: what does this movement communicate? We cultivate dancers with genuine artistic presence.

Performance Character

The transition from student to professional requires resilience, adaptability, and stage intelligence. Our performance program places students on stage 40 times per year — building unshakeable confidence.

The Studio

Studios Built
for Brilliance

Our Marais district atelier in Paris houses eight professional-grade studios, all with sprung Harlequin floors, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and natural light. The historic building has been the training ground of three generations of Pointe Royale graduates.

"The studio is where we learn to listen — to the music, to our bodies, and to the character within each role."

London students train in our newly renovated Covent Garden studio, three minutes from the Royal Opera House. Summer intensives at our Paris campus are open to international students by audition.

Shaped by Pointe Royale

"Pointe Royale gave me the technical foundation and the artistic heart I needed to succeed professionally. Every teacher there was a true artist, and that quality of instruction is what separates it from every other school I've encountered."

Camille Lefebvre
