ELYSIAN

Gardens above the clouds — a sanctuary of living luxury, rare botanicals, and elevated experience

✦ Sky Level 38 ✦

Above the City, Within the Garden

ELYSIAN occupies the 38th and 39th floors of a contemporary tower in the heart of the city. Three thousand square metres of living garden — rare plants, private dining pavilions, and seasonal programming — suspended above the urban landscape.

Living Collections

Over 1,400 species cultivated across our sky terraces — from rare cloud forest ferns to endangered highland orchids. Our head botanist, trained at Kew Gardens, curates each seasonal rotation.

Garden Dining

Three dining experiences — from intimate private pavilions to the open-air Sky Table — all menu elements sourced from our growing terraces and partner micro-farms within 60 miles.

Botanical Programming

Seasonal events, horticultural masterclasses, private tours with our botanists, and bespoke cultivation consultancy for our most dedicated members.

A Garden Should Challenge the Sky

ELYSIAN was conceived by landscape architect Seren Hartley and botanist Dr. James Adeyemi, who shared a conviction that luxury horticulture could exist at altitude — that the constraints of height would not diminish a garden but transform it into something entirely new.

Opening in 2019, ELYSIAN now hosts 4,200 members and welcomes day visitors by advance reservation. The garden has been documented in 14 international publications and awarded the Royal Horticultural Society's Garden of the Year for 2024.

Life in the Garden

"I came for the orchids and stayed for the silence. On the sky terrace at dusk, with the city muffled 38 floors below and the clouds at eye level, I have found the only place in London that feels genuinely, unhurriedly beautiful."

— A. Whitmore, Canopy Member, London

"The breakfast experience is unlike anything else. Warm bread, garden herbs, infusions you have never tasted, watching the city wake up through the cloud forest glass. I have taken every client I value here."

— T. Nakajima, Pinnacle Member, Tokyo

"My named planting — a rare highland gentian, blue-violet and extraordinary — flowered for the first time this spring. ELYSIAN sent photographs before I arrived. I wept in the lift on the way up."

— Dr. L. Müller, Pinnacle Member, Berlin

As Seen In

Royal Horticultural Society

"Garden of the Year 2024. ELYSIAN has reimagined what a garden can be — not a recreation of the natural world but an elevation of it."

The Financial Times

"The finest rooftop experience in Europe. ELYSIAN has no peer in ambition, execution, or the quality of what it asks you to feel."

Wallpaper*

"Sky gardens are proliferating globally. None comes close to the seriousness with which ELYSIAN approaches the living material it curates."

The Guardian

"A public good disguised as a luxury. Any city that cares about green space, air quality, and beauty should be studying what Hartley and Adeyemi have built here."
