Everything you need to know before booking your dog's luxury getaway.

Booking is easy! You can use our online availability checker at the top of the page, call us directly, or fill out the contact form below. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (holidays and summer). A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due at check-in.

We provide premium bedding, food bowls, and toys in every suite. However, we encourage you to bring your dog's favorite blanket or toy for comfort. Please also bring their regular food (to avoid stomach upset), any medications, vaccination records, and your vet's contact information. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations including rabies, DHPP, and bordetella.

We follow your dog's regular feeding schedule and dietary requirements exactly as instructed. You can bring your own food, or for our Royal Penthouse and Presidential Villa guests, our in-house chef prepares gourmet, vet-approved meals. We accommodate all dietary restrictions, allergies, and special needs. Fresh water is available at all times throughout our facility.

We have a licensed veterinarian on-call 24/7 and trained staff who can administer medications as needed. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during booking. We partner with Greenfield Animal Hospital for emergency care. Dogs with chronic conditions are monitored extra carefully, and we provide detailed health reports during their stay.

We understand plans change! Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48-72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but the deposit can be applied to a future booking within 6 months. Holiday and peak season bookings require 7 days notice for a full refund.
