We maintain a smart elegant dress code. Gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket; ties are welcome but not required. We kindly ask guests to refrain from athletic wear, shorts, or casual sandals. Our aim is to create an atmosphere worthy of your evening.
Absolutely. Our kitchen is experienced in accommodating vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-sensitive diets. Please inform us at the time of booking so our culinary team can prepare a bespoke menu that maintains the full artistry of the ELEVE experience.
We recommend reserving at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance for Friday and Saturday evenings. Weekday tables are occasionally available with shorter notice. For the Chef's Table or Private Dining, we suggest booking 6 to 8 weeks ahead to ensure availability.
We welcome guests who wish to bring a special bottle. Our corkage fee is $95 per 750ml bottle, with a limit of two bottles per table. We waive the fee for one bottle if you also select a bottle from our wine list. Please note that we do not accept bottles already represented on our list.
