Session times vary based on your pet's size, coat condition, and service type. Basic bath & brush takes about 45-60 minutes, while full grooming sessions can take 1.5-2.5 hours. We'll provide an estimated time when you book.
No, we never use sedation. Our gentle handling techniques and patient approach ensure your pet remains calm throughout the process. For anxious pets, we recommend our calming spa package with aromatherapy.
We offer hypoallergenic and sensitive skin formulas. Please inform us about any skin conditions or allergies during booking, and we'll use appropriate products tailored to your pet's needs.
Most pets benefit from grooming every 4-8 weeks. Short-haired breeds may need less frequent visits, while breeds with continuous hair growth or double coats benefit from regular maintenance. We'll recommend a schedule based on your pet's specific needs.
