What is the seating capacity of each screening room?

Our Solo Screen room comfortably seats up to 4 guests in plush recliners. The Date Night suite is designed for 2 with oversized loveseat recliners. The Grand Premiere theater accommodates up to 40 guests with tiered luxury seating, a stage area, and standing room for cocktail receptions of up to 60 people.

What food and beverage options are available?

All packages include complimentary gourmet popcorn and soft drinks. The Date Night package features a curated three-course dinner with wine or champagne pairing. The Grand Premiere includes full catering with an open bar. We also offer a la carte menus, dietary accommodations (vegan, gluten-free, halal), and custom menus for special events. Pre-order is available up to 48 hours before your screening.

What movies can I watch at Velvet Screen?

Our library contains over 500 titles spanning all genres, from classic cinema to the latest releases. You can choose any film from our catalog, bring your own digital content (USB, HDMI, or streaming), or request a specific title in advance. We also host special premiere events for new releases and can arrange screening rights for films not in our standard catalog, subject to licensing availability.

How do I book a screening and what is the cancellation policy?

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance, especially for weekend slots and the Grand Premiere package. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your screening. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice.

What are the technical specifications of your screening rooms?

All rooms feature state-of-the-art 4K laser projection (Sony VPL-GTZ380) with HDR10+ support, delivering crystal-clear images on acoustically transparent screens. Audio is powered by Dolby Atmos with up to 32 speakers in our Grand Premiere theater for true 3D surround sound. Rooms are acoustically isolated with studio-grade soundproofing. We support all major formats including Blu-ray 4K, streaming platforms, HDMI input, and USB playback. Climate control, adjustable lighting, and smart room controls are accessible from your seat.
